   Nikon have release what looks like a real camera from days gone by, it's called the Nikon Df it has a retro look trying to entice older and more seasoned photographers back into the fold. This camera has a two tone retro look with it's silver top and black bottom half.
Sensor and Expeed 3 processor are from the Nikon D4 which will be two years old in January 2014. The Df shoots at 16.2 megapixels the same as the professional D4 model. The Nikon Df boosts full frame and the ability to use pre 1977 non Al lenses. There is no video at present. 
With all that said you can go a shopping binge on e-bay to pick up some really nice equipment at knock down prices.
